Chandigarh: Punjab Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh due to his cook ups may have missed the opportunity to strength bilateral relationship between Canada and Punjab, but his counterpart in Haryana Manohar Lal Khattar made optimum use of the opportunity to forward and build a strong economic cooperation between the state of Haryana & Canada.

While addressing the media after the brief meeting Manohar Lal Khattar said that ““We discussed Canadian investment in Haryana in the fields of civil aviation, education, and skill development.”
On the Sutlej Yamuna Link Canal row with Punjab, he said, “ Haryana has submitted its report on the issue to the Centre”, reads a quote from the statement given by CM of Haryana to an English vernacular.
