The Youth of Punjab is very sensible responsible for the society. The Youth is very creative, innovative and proactive towards the activities. It is applicable to any field. We are talking about Aks Mehraj, a dedicated artist. His birth name is “Sandeep Singh”. His college friends named him “AKS”. He belongs to our current Chief Minister’s Capt. Amrinder Singh’s ancestor village “Mehraj” Distt. Bathinda.That’s why he is called “Aks Mehraj”.His dedicated to his work – Creativity in Direction. He did so many Short and Feature Films. He also worked with many well known faces in industry. He always got a good response for his work. He has a good hand in Punjabi Play Writing.
At the very early of his age he started working in Punjabi Media Industry. He did work as Lyricist in Director Pali Bhupinder Singh’s Feature film project “Stupid-7”. Director Pali Bhupinder Singh is his Mentor. After that project he wrote dialogues and lyrics for other movies like “Tera Desh”.
For the Punjabi Feature Film named “Halla Ho” he wrote its title song.
He did so many one act play as script writer and director like Ant Nhi Shuruat, Kalyug, Rakt, ik zehar hai aisa etc. He did more than 25 one act plays as a director. His directed short movie on the reality of Farmers “Pand” was sponsored by Cooperative Bank. There are more than 10 one act Play which are written by Aks.
In his upcoming projects there is short movie “Tabbar” as a director.

And Feature Film “Punjab Online” as an actor film directed by Kudratpal Singh.
For his achievements he got many Award of Honour. Since 2004 he got these in Barnala and Bathinda Districts. He is the Active member of Naat mela- maha shakti kla mandir Barnala.
He had worked with some leading Production Houses of Punjab named Parwaaz Films, Twin Lions Films, Beat 7 Records etc. Many other Projects are in his Pipeline.
