In October and November 2019, the Sikh Sangat and Ontario Gurdwaras Committee organised a series of lectures of various intellectuals, scholars and speakers to mark 550th Parkash Gurpurab of Guru Nanak Ji.
As a part of this series a lecture of Dr. Sikandar Singh (Incharge of Punjabi Department, Sri Guru Granth Sahib World University, Fatehgarh Sahib) was organised on October 20, 2019.
