A students’ group called ‘Sath’ organised a discussion at Gurdwara Mukatsar Sahib (Panjab University Chandigarh) on January 30, 2020.
In this discussion the Sikh doctrine of the State was discussed in the light of Sikh historical accounts, especially the Panth Parkash authored by Bhai Rattan Singh Bhangu. Speaking on this occasion Giani Balkar Singh shared his views about “Sikh Doctrine of the State” and “Sikh claim for the Sovereign State”.
