When the Punjabi cinema began after the great collapse in 90’s ,the mainly comedy films came into action. It was Gippy grewal who shows the dare to change the trend with an experiment. He presented the movie Ardaas to the audience and it became masterpiece.
After this his production house named Humble motion pictures made many kind of different movies and able to catch the interest of audience. Now the audience have great expectations from this production house because they set their standards with their outputs .
So to full fill the expectations of audience Gippy grewal and his team announce a new movie named WIDOW COLONY .
This movie is on the riots of 1984 and it is written and direct by Mr perfect Smeep kang .This movie is produces by Gippy grewal along with Bhana L A and Vinod Aswal. Hardeep dullat is the project head of this movie and it is releases by Omjee star studios.
The special tag to Mr Gurpreet Ghuggi shows that he will play a master role in this movie .
The shoot of movie will begins in 2021 and the release date and year is not finalize.
There are many other films are already made on 1984 riots , so we have to see what this production house will made different from others ..
