Human Rights defender Shaheed Jaswant Singh Khalra was illegally arrested by Punjab police from his Amritsar based residence on 6 September 1995. He was subjected to enforced disappearance. He was killed during enforced disappearance. His martyrdom turned a mystery as details of his custody etc. were kept secret by the police. This presentation is based on a writeup which attempts of unfold the mystery on the basis of details available in legal records of Khalra murder case.
