SGPC cuts Electricity and Water Supply of Giani Gurmukh Singh’s House

Giani Gurmukh Singh Had Recently Appeared Before former Panj Pyare of Akal Takht Sahib to Offer Clarification About Dera Chief Apology Issue

Amritsar: The Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) reportedly cut power and water supply to the house of former Takht Sri Damdama Sahib jathedar Giani Gurmukh Singh on Sunday and his family has also been asked to vacate the house.

Giani Gurmukh Singh was not in the house as he was transferred as the head Granthi of Gurdwara Dhamdhan Sahib in Haryana in April this year.

The action comes days after Giani Gurmukh Singh appeared before the Akal Takht’s former Panj Piaras to offer clarification about the decision to pardon Dera Sauda Sirsa head Gurmeet Ram Rahim in 2015 by SGPC appointed Jathedars.
