Chandigarh/ Nabha: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) of India today sent back arrested Scottish citizen Jagtar Singh Johal alias Jaggi to Maximum Security Jail in Nabha. The NIA had taken police remand of Jagtar Singh Jaggi for 5 days on January 17, 2018.

The NIA had custody of Jagtar Singh Jaggi till 22 January but sources told Sikh Siyasat News (SSN) that the investigation agency on Friday (Jan. 19) sent back Jagtar Singh Jaggi to the Maximum Security Jail in Nabha.
On being contacted Advocate Jaspal Singh Manjhpur said that he did not get any official confirmation in this regard from the Jail but the NIA officials have confirmed that Jagtar Singh Jaggi is back in Nabha Jail now.
